Α. General information for presentations
All conference rooms are equipped with a computer (Windows 7 or newer and Microsoft PowerPoint 2015 or newer) with internet access and a projector.
In case of Mac computer use, without HDMI portal, you are kindly requested to have with you the necessary adaptor for the projector connection (Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI adapter).
In case that your presentation requires the installment of some specialized software, you are kindly requested to inform the conference secretary until Sunday 24th of November 2019.
Β. Oral presentations
Oral presentations will be included in thematic sessions and they will be presented within ninety minutes (90’). Each thematic session includes four to five oral presentations of fifteen minutes duration (15’) each.
Presenters should be in the conference room, according to the conference time schedule, a few minutes before the beginning of their session in which their presentation is included in order to upload and check their presentation in an available computer.
The thematic symposia are organized by the Symposium Chair and include 4- 5 presentations and conversations. At the same time, the Chair of a Symposium could be a presenter.

Posters will be included in the conference themes and subthemes. The author should be at the front of his/ her poster during the session, according to the conference time schedule. The poster dimension should be 0.80 cm x 1.20 cm (vertical) and be legible at a distance of 2 meters.
